RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Custom builds are final sale.
Unused parts and accessories in original condition may be returned as follows:
- Within 15 days of receipt: Full refund less our shipping cost.
- 15-30 days after receipt: Partial refund less 15% restock fee and our shipping cost.
You must request an RMA form before shipping your item back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and any loss or damage in transit.
SHIPPING
Firearms: Firearms must ship to a brick-and-mortar dealer. Enter your dealer’s information in the shipping fields at checkout. You can change your selected dealer at any time before shipping. We ship firearms via FedEx DSR (Direct Signature Required).
Unregulated items: Any item that is not a firearm can ship directly to your home. URGs typically ship UPS, and smaller items USPS. If you have a preferred carrier, e-mail or call us as soon as possible after placing your order.
WARRANTY
We stand behind our product and warrant our manufacturing. Every firearm and URG is test fired before it leaves our facility. Every component goes through several layers of QC to check for surface defects. Uppers are sealed before shipping.
Minor evidence of manufacturing processes are not defects. This includes: light tool marks, small impressions from tumbling media and hand polishing, and slight variations in finish.
If you purchase a custom firearm or URG from us directly, you will receive free gunsmithing labor from us on any future repairs or alterations to your item.
You must maintain your item and use it responsibly. We do not warrant against misuse or accidental damage caused by you or a third-party. Any third-party repair or alteration (including cosmetic alterations to the finish), voids your warranty.
FIRST RESPONDERS AND INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS
First Responders: We offer a 10% discount to the following:
- Active/reserve/ military and law enforcement;
- Current and former EMTs;
- Current and former firefighters;
- Current and former emergency room physicians and medical professionals.
To receive the discount, create an account on our site and e-mail us some proof of service. We will notify you when your account is upgraded. Your account must be upgraded before you place your order. We cannot apply your discount after your order is placed.
Industry Professionals: We often offer a discount to certain professionals in the firearms industry, such as sales staff at dealers and ranges. Please contact us to see if you qualify.
GOVERNMENT SALES
If you are with a government agency or department, please e-mail us for a quote. If you are a dealer interested in selling our product to a government agency or department, please e-mail us for details on our Dealer of Record program.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you are a dealer outside of the United States, please e-mail us to set up an account. If you are an individual outside of the United States interested in purchase our product, please e-mail us for more information on our international dealers and shipping process.
DISPUTES
By purchasing product from this website, you agree that any dispute or claim shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Arizona without regard to conflicts of laws principles. All disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with a purchase via this website that are not settled amicably between the parties shall be finally settled by way of arbitration.

By using this site, you agree that are at least 18 years old. When placing an order, you will need to provide your name, e-mail, phone number, address, credit card number, or bank account number. We do not voluntarily share this information with any third party; however, we may be legally compelled to share this information with the government in response to a subpoena or other service of process.
